IBCC provides building code consulting for every occupancy group and construction type, using only ICC certified plans examiners and building inspectors which are certified in the discipline for which they are providing building code consulting for. 

IBCC provides plan reviews for every occupancy group and construction type. No project is too small or too big, we perform them all. And we only use ICC certified plans examiners certified in the discipline in which they perform your plan review. 

Not always, prescriptive residential drawings are allowed to be unlimited in size including the structural design such as gravity, seismic, and energy calculations and are not required to be stamped by a professional engineer or architect. 

Not always, however, commercial buildings that exceed the exceptions in the state laws in which they are to be built may be required to be stamped by a professional engineer or architect. For example, in the State of Oregon any commercial building greater than 4,000 square feet in area or over 20 feet in internal height are required to be stamped and prepared by a professional engineer or architect.
